Los Angeles is a great city, and Venice is part of the city of Los Angeles. It's a beach setting in an urban environment, with all of the things that go along with being in a large city.The accommodation is situated in a residential neighborhood, so if you are coming to Venice to party all night perhaps a venue nearer the beach may be more appropriate. Please be respectful of our neighbors and please keep late night noise to a minimum. We are two miles from Santa Monica Airport, and you will hear small planes flying over from time to time. There won't be any 24 hour assistance, although if issues arise we can make sure someone is there to help you within 24 hours.

Rooms... the downstairs bedroom includes a day bed/sofa with a second bed underneath which can be easily raised level with the day bed to sleep two comfortably. Bathroom with shower adjacent. Living room and kitchen adjoined (see pictures), sofa bed in living room sleeps two. Patio outside kitchen with table and chairs, gas BBQ. upstairs roof-deck with chairs and table. Upstairs master bedroom with balcony and two person jacuzzi tub with shower and king size bed. High ceilings downstairs with ceiling fans in all rooms. High Chair and porta crib availible.
